Progress in Anti-Cancer Chemotherapy (repost)

Cancer Chemotherapy, Volume II will be the second in a series of summaries of state-of-the-art pharmacotherapy for all forms of cancer. Each chapter is based on presentations by top clinicians at the International Congress of Anti-Cancer Chemotherapy held annually in Paris. The chapters will represent broad fields such as lung, breast, and GI tumors or specific drugs or approaches.
